Green tea (one or two servings) in 8-16 ounces of water
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp raw honey
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Add all of these together and give it a sip! If it's not sweet enough try adding a little stevia. I have also added a little almond milk to the top!
