Your Snack Guide

Eating every 3 to 4 hours helps our metabolism to keep burning! Some easy and healthy snacks for you!

Hummus (any kind) paired with some vegetables 
Berries and yogurt 
Juice Plus Complete bar 
Peanut butter and carrots (sweet and salty) 
Juice plus Complete shake 
Handful of mixed nuts
Vegetables are always easy to grab! 
Celery and peanut butter
Roasted chick peas
Apple and peanut butter or almond 
Seeds! Pumpkin, squash, sunflower
Green tea to rid you of that afternoon low! 

Best to pair some veggie with a healthy fat or protein
